1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using https://wordtopdf.in ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

WordToPDF.in provides free, browser-based tools to convert, merge, split, compress, and protect documents and PDF files. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without accounts or subscriptions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to process.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent security or rate limits on the Service.
  • Upload malicious files intended to exploit or attack our infrastructure.

4. Your content

You retain all ownership rights to files you upload. We claim no ownership over your content and use it solely to perform the conversion you request. Files are automatically deleted from our servers within 60 minutes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. File size and usage limits

Free usage is subject to a maximum file size of 50 MB per conversion and reasonable rate limits to keep the Service available for everyone. We may adjust these limits at any time.

6. No warranty

Conversion quality can vary depending on the complexity and formatting of your source file. We do not guarantee perfect, lossless, or error-free conversion for every file, and the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WordToPDF.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
